Huella Verde Mallorca presents a contemporary and integrated lifestyle model that brings together sustainable living, creativity, wellness, and community – with a mission to make a meaningful impact on our planet.
Recognizing the needs of both local islanders and the international community living in Mallorca, we envisioned an advanced eco-village project consisting of approximately 120 innovative, energy-efficient homes. These homes will include workspaces for green startups, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals passionate about sustainability.
What makes our ecovillage unique?
An ecovillage is more than just a housing concept – it’s a way of life. It’s a community-led approach that holistically integrates ecological, social, cultural, and economic sustainability, aimed at regenerating both our natural and social environments.
It’s a practical, inspiring, and effective way to heal the land, the individual, and society as a whole.
Important Note:
The Huella Verde Mallorca community will be developed only after the completion of our first flagship village – Huella Verde Jimena – located near Sotogrande in southern Spain.
The Mallorca project will serve as the second phase in the expansion of this unique living model.
